Key Responsibilities for the Implementation Consultant

* Configuration & Deployment: Configure software, automate deployments, and troubleshoot to ensure seamless releases.

* Client Engagement: Build client relationships, deliver updates, and enhance ROI.

* Training: Create and deliver e-learning, user guides, and training (remote/on-site)

Professional Experience

* 3-5 years in software configuration or optimisation.

* Client-facing technical role experience

* Training delivery and client management skills.

* Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

* Core Competencies:
