The company are ideally looking for candidates with a willingness to learn and someone who has good knowledge of technology. They are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic people. You will be responsible for checking existing clients' insurance renewals, data entry tasks, looking after the company's mailboxes and distributing post accordingly. You will also have office management tasks such as ordering stationery and coordinating employees birthdays. As you are conversing with customers you must have excellent communication skills both orally and written.
