The Role

Working across our South Shields and Wallsend sites, you'll:

Carry out planned plumbing maintenance

*

Respond to reactive and urgent repairs

*

Investigate faults and implement effective solutions

*

Undertake installations and general building maintenance

*

Support out-of-hours emergency call-outs when required

Using our digital job management system (Estates Helpdesk / SysAid), you'll operate within a structured and collaborative team focused on safety, efficiency and high standards.

What We're Looking For

*

Level 3 Plumbing qualification

*

Experience in building maintenance, including repairs and installations

*

Full UK Driving Licence

*

A proactive, solution-focused approach

*

Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
