Regional Operations Director(Yorkshire North East)

A social care provider and a registered charity, supporting individuals and communities in Yorkshire and North East England. They are an award-winning charity who provide support to a wide range of people including older adults, people with dementia, physical, sensory or learning disabilities, mental health difficulties. Despite the challenges faced within the Adult Social Care sector, their charity continues to grow and develop to provide responsive, personalised care and support to enhance and enrich the quality of people's lives.

Your new role

The client is looking to add a new Regional Operations Director to their senior management team.

You will be committed to their mission and values and you will join a team of experienced hard-working and supportive senior managers. You will be responsible for overseeing services in a number of their localities supporting the Locality Managers in the day to day management of staff and monitoring progress of their customers.

You will already be working as a senior manager, with the ability to demonstrate good knowledge and experience of health and safety social care policy as well as having the understanding of how this impacts on the delivery of care services.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to be flexible, open and confident and enjoy working as part of a team.

They have an established and excellent reputation and have achieved an overall rating of Good in the last eight CQC inspections.

They are therefore looking for a senior manager who can continue to maintain such high standards of service.

You will have experience of leading teams, ideally across a multi-site environment with the ability to innovate drive forward change.

Working with business development colleagues, you will develop growth opportunities and take a lead in the preparation of tender documentation.

Access to own transport that can be used for work purposes, with a full valid licence.

Recognised qualification in social care/management.
