Residential Childcare Support Worker - Children's Home, Keighley

Are you passionate about making a real difference in a child's life? We're recruiting dedicated Residential Childcare Support Workers to join a new children's home opening in Keighley.

You'll support children aged 6-11 with social and emotional challenges, helping them thrive in a nurturing, structured, and fun environment. From arts and crafts to sports, cooking, and mentoring, you'll be a positive role model and part of the child's support system.

Salary: £28,265-£29,674 (plus sleep-in payments, approx. £4,000 per 8 sleep-ins per month)

Welcome bonus: £500 (£250 on start, £250 after probation) for experienced residential workers

Full-time (37 hours/week) or part-time/bank options
