Job Title: SP - Long Term Team - Ramsgate

Location: Ramsgate, Kent CT11 9ST
Pay Rate: Up to £42 p/h

Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Practitioner to join the Long-Term Team in Ramsgate, Kent. This role offers the opportunity to work with individuals and families in need of long-term support services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage cases for individuals with complex long-term needs.

* Work with individuals and families to create care plans and support strategies.

* Provide supervision and guidance to junior staff and assist in their professional development.

* Liaise with other professionals and agencies to coordinate comprehensive care.

* Contribute to team development and the improvement of service delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements:

* Essential: Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, Postgraduate Diploma in Social Work)

* Essential: Registration with Social Work England (SWE).

* Significant experience working in social services, with a focus on long-term care.

* Experience in supervising staff and mentoring junior practitioners.

* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
