Job Title: Plumber - Multi 

Location: Brent (Harrow & Uxbridge areas) 

Hourly Rate: £21.40ph CIS

Van & Fuel Card Provided

Day to Day duties of a Plumber 

Reactive plumbing repairs in occupied properties 
Some repairs may require you to carry out secondary trades (i.e basic carpentry, painting, patch plastering) 
Ensure all repairs are carried out within the agreed timescales 
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications) of a Plumber :

Experience in residential properties
Good social skills
Good customer service
Drivers Licenses
Qualifications

Blue CSCS/ NVQ L2 or CIty & Guilds L2 Plumbing
