Vehicle Paint Sprayer - Croydon - £42,000-£45,000 + Bonus

We're looking for an experienced Vehicle Paint Sprayer to join our busy, professional bodyshop in Croydon. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a high-performing team where quality workmanship and attention to detail are valued and rewarded.

What's on offer

Basic salary: £42,000 - £45,000 per year (depending on experience)
Individual bonus scheme
Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8:00 - 17:00)
Holidays: 20 days + 8 bank holidays
Location: Croydon (ideal for those living in South East London)

Key responsibilities

Prepare, mix, and apply water-based paints to vehicles to a high standard
Carry out all aspects of prep, paint, and polish work efficiently and accurately
Ensure all work meets manufacturer and company quality standards
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
Work effectively as part of a close-knit, professional team

About you

Proven experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer / Bodyshop Painter
Skilled in vehicle prep, refinishing, and polishing
Confident working with water-based paint systems
Own spray guns and air-fed mask
High attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
