Civils Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Civils Supervisor to oversee clean water infrastructure works starting ASAP.

🛠️ Role: Civils Supervisor

We require a proactive, hands-on supervisor with strong utilities/civils experience to lead site operations, maintain standards, and ensure safe, efficient delivery.

Essential:

Proven experience as a Civils Supervisor / Site Supervisor
Strong knowledge of:
Deep excavations
Ductile iron pipe installation
General civil engineering and utilities works
SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme)
Temporary Works knowledge/awareness (Coordinator or Supervisor level preferred)
Ability to lead teams and liaise with subcontractors
Solid understanding of site safety compliance and documentationDesirable:

HSG47 competence
CAT & Genny experience
Previous clean water or utility project experience
Experience preparing permits to dig, daily briefings, task planning

💧 Clean Water Project Requirements

This is a clean water site, therefore Water Hygiene (EUSR) is required.
If not currently held, we can arrange certification
