Sales Support

We're working with an innovative and fast-growing business that's redefining how manufacturers access digitally printed packaging solutions. As they continue to grow across Europe, they're looking to hire a Sales Support professional to join their UK team in Leamington Spa.

What's on offer:

Salary between £26,000 - £29,000 depending on experience
Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

What you'll be doing:

Supporting the onboarding of smaller customers and guiding them through an online ordering platform
Sharing technical documents and product specifications during the onboarding process
Acting as a key point of contact for customers regarding order status, deliveries, and general queries
Following up on sales leads and assisting with new customer acquisition
Supporting internal investigations related to product or order quality
Working closely with account managers and the operations team
What we're looking for:

A proactive, customer-focused communicator with experience in a sales support or customer service role
Tech-savvy and confident using digital platforms, with the ability to explain technical topics in a simple way
Experience working with inbound leads and outbound activity (e.g. cold calling)
A team player who can juggle multiple tasks and thrives in a fast-moving environment
Experience in packaging, manufacturing, or B2B sales support is a plus
