About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Senior Social Worker to join our team supporting children and families in North Lincolnshire. This full-time role offers some hybrid working flexibility, but you must be able to travel daily to North Lincolnshire based on case and duty needs.
Key Responsibilities: -
?? Work with children in need, child protection cases, and court proceedings

�? Manage complex caseloads effectively and efficiently

??? Safeguard vulnerable children and promote their welfare

?? Travel regularly within North Lincolnshire to meet case requirements

?? Collaborate with multi-agency teams to provide holistic support

What We're Looking For: -
?? Qualified Social Worker with relevant recent experience

?? Strong background in child protection, children in need, and court work
