ICTalent Recruitment is excited to be supporting a fantastic primary school in the heart of Moseley, Birmingham, in their search for a proactive and enthusiastic After School Club Manager to join their team from September, covering a maternity leave.

This vibrant and welcoming school is set in a beautiful part of Moseley and prides itself on its inclusive, nurturing environment. They are now looking for a passionate individual to lead their after school club, providing a fun, safe, and engaging space for children at the end of the school day.

What we're looking for:

A Level 3 qualified childcare professional (or equivalent)

*

Proven experience of leading others in a childcare or educational setting

*

A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative

*

Someone who is enthusiastic, creative, and committed to delivering high-quality care

The role:

Leading the day-to-day running of the after school club

*

Supervising staff and ensuring smooth delivery of activities

*

Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate sessions

*

Creating a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment for all children
