Salary: £14-17 per hour with commission structure
Hours: Wednesday - Thursday, 14:00-20:30 and Saturday 10:00-17:30

The Role
They are looking for a confident, professional and independent Bridal Stylist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with people, has a strong sense of style and thrives in a customer-focused luxury retail environment.
You will guide brides through one of the most important shopping experiences of their lives, offering honest advice, styling expertise and outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional one-to-one bridal appointments in a luxury boutique environment
- Assist brides in selecting and styling their wedding dresses and accessories
- Build rapport with brides and their guests while managing different personalities with confidence
- Maintain the presentation and organisation of the boutique and gowns
- Manage bookings, client notes, and follow-ups where required
- Support the team in achieving sales targets and delivering a premium experience
Essential Criteria
- Confident, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Strong people skills and able to deal with a wide range of personalities
- Passionate about fashion, bridalwear, or luxury retail
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Sales or customer service experience preferred (bridal or fashion retail is a bonus)
