- Support is our face and voice. There is significant opportunity for you to help shape the role. You are our point of contact for our restaurants and workers so strong customer service and quick problem solving skills are key.
- Support is responsible for responding to all incoming communications through phone, text, email and instant messaging as well as recording and communicating bugs and feedback to the developers and management team.
- Schedule flexibility is required; this role is approximately 33-35 hours weekly and may include early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
Candidates should have Google Docs/Google Voice/Slack familiarity; quick tech learner desired. Performance bonus in addition to hourly wage!
