The cover supervisor role involves following pre-set work to lead the class session, managing the pupil's behaviour in the classroom and ensuring they are working on the tasks set

The ideal Cover Supervisor will have…

• 6 months' experience working with children aged between 3-18 (teaching, tutoring, mentoring, 1-1, coaching)
• Good management skills
• Excitement about working with children
• Ability to be proactive and get involved
