Job Title: Ofsted Registered Manager - Children's Residential Services

Location: Ely (Postcode CB6)

Salary: £50,000.00 PLUS

The Leader Group are currently looking for a Registered Manager for a 6 bed Children's EBD/SEMH home in Ely. The home currently doesnt have any children as they have recently undergone a full refurbishment. We need an experienced Manager to come in and build their ideal team so this is a great opportunity!! You will also be responsible for training, supervision and provide advice to support and develop the children's Residential Home.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Level 3 or above in Children & Young People
• Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or willing to work towards)
• Experience managing a similar service
• In-depth knowledge of SEMH/EBD
• Experience and knowledge of Ofsted guidelines
