360 Recruitment Consultant – Renewable Energy, Deep Tech, or Engineering (US)

Location: Billericay (Office-Based)

Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 Uncapped Commission

Working Hours:

• UK Hours #removed#pm Monday-Friday
• OR US Hours: 10am–7pm / 12pm–9pm (choose one)

We're scaling fast – and we’re hiring ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultants to join our Renewable Energy, Deep Tech, or Engineering (US) teams. This is a high-energy, high-reward environment for people who are ready to grow, take ownership, and smash their targets.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Full 360 recruitment – from business development through to candidate placement
• Building and managing your own desk in either:
• Renewable Energy
• Deep Tech
• Engineering (focused on the US market)
• Creating long-term partnerships with clients and candidates
• Working in a target-driven, collaborative team

What Success Looks Like:

• Our Renewable Energy team of 4 billed £100k last month alone
• In Engineering (USA), our top consultants have billed £140k and £90k in just 4 months
• The Deep Tech desk is growing fast and led by an experienced biller

What We’re Looking For:

• 360 recruitment experience (any sector considered)
• Driven, ambitious, and hungry to exceed targets
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, office-based environment

What You Get:

• Base salary: £26,000 – £30,000
