Our client, a reputable Domiciliary Care Provider are looking to appoint a Field Care Supervisor to their branch in Coleshill.

The role of a Field Care Supervisor within their team involves putting clients and colleagues first, supporting high quality care and maintaining confidentiality. This role will be in the field, liaising with the office when needed to both support yourself as well as clients and care workers. Field Care Supervisors support services by carrying out a range of functions in the field including;

To support the delivery of the highest quality care
Shadow, supervise, instruct and support Care Workers in the field as well as train and mentor new members of staff
Implement quality assurance processes through planned and ad hoc monitoring and spot checks
Working flexibly and responsively as necessary to meet pressing service requirements, including urgent service referrals
Participate in the emergency on call rota
Solve day-to-day problems which arise such as providing emergency cover
Develop effective working relationships with other members of staff
To put the needs of the clients first, whilst also adhering to policies and proceduresWhat we are looking for:

Experience within a Senior Care Assistant or FCS role.
