We are currently advertising on behalf of an Automotive multi-franchise approved car dealer group who are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department in the Cardiff area.

Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Service Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service.
 
Benefits:

Up to £28-29,500 basic salary pending experience. 
On-target earnings of £35,000 per annum based on customer service scores
22 days annual holiday allowance plus the 8 bank holidays, increasing over length of service up to 25 days leave.
Employment benefits include the following: workplace pension scheme, staff purchase discount scheme, discounts on parts, servicing and labour.
Manufacturer-accredited training providing a goal for all new starters to be Service Technician qualified with a franchise very the end of their first 12 months of their employment in the business.

A working experience within a Service Advisor role
The ability to upsell on service work and service plans
Customer Focused and an excellent communicator
Familiarity with using Motor Dealership Database Software
A UK driving license with minimal points is essential. Duties:

Professionally communicate with customers about service and repair work required on their vehicle
Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems
Update Customers and Vehicle Records
Prepare and complete Invoices
Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work due to be completed
Other Ad-Hoc Duties as the role requiresFor your hard work, our client is offering a salary of up to £29,500 with OTE of circa £35,000.
