Your future employer is looking for a Field Service Engineer to join the growing business, to add support to the Portsmouth and Southampton area. Duties of the coffee machine engineer:

Working on a range of traditional / barista coffee machines

Carrying out machine repairs, services and installations

Carrying out fault finding and diagnostics

Carrying out planned maintenance

Work closely with the technical manager

Covering a local area, and occasionally travelling to further jobs

Provide excellent customer service

Liaise with the service team for reactive calls

Previous experience of the coffee machine engineer:

2 years' engineering experience on traditional coffee machines

Strong communication skills

A strong understanding of electrical and plumbing works

Previous fault-finding skills (use of a multimemeter)

Full, clean UK drivers licence

Due to the nature of the position and the generous package on offer, previous engineering experience on coffee machines is essential for this role
