We are currently seeking an experienced HR Administrator to work with our UK leading Facilities Management organisation. Our client manages and maintains some of the nations most recognised landmarks, high street buildings and homes in your country.

This is a full time role, working 37.5 hours per week Monday Friday. It will be an ongoing role until the end of January.

An experienced HR Administrator is required for this role. The candidate must have a knowledge of a HR environment along with TUPE experience.

**Main Duties include**:

- Be an instrumental part of the HR Change team for the mobilisation of a contract to ensure that the best in class service is provided. This includes but is not limited to:
- Coordinating receipt of the employee liability information via an excel spreadsheet, ensuring that the master version is always kept up to date
- Track and query all anomalies raised by the Operations teams on the employee liability information, updating the information accordingly
- Managing the administration trackers within the project SharePoint
- Work alongside the Operations teams to ensure all employees have a scheduled 121 consultation and that these are actioned accordingly and tracked to completion
- Prepare information reports as is required by the HR function and cascade these to the Project stakeholders
- Manage the dedicated email inbox, ensuring that all queries are answered appropriately and escalated for a response where necessary, then tracking that response to completion
- Creating the employee welcome letters ensuring that the information contained is wholly accurate and that the documents are being issued in a professional format, compliant to the brand and TUPE legislation.
- To understand and comply with policies and procedures
- To carry out work in a safe and diligent manne
- To comply with all Health and Safety policies and procedures


- Must have demonstrable experience with excel with the ability to use complex formulas to pull information together from various documents

- Previous experience of TUPE administration would be advantageous

- Experience of working with sensitive data within the guidelines of GDPR

- Ability to effectively work autonomously with the support of the Senior HR Change Partner and wider HR Change team

- Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to communicate with stakeholders from different levels of the organisation and across the different lines of business

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and SharePoint is essential
