My client is a multidisciplinary new-build main contractor and interior Fit-out specialist that specialises in the delivery of new build construction projects and interior fit out projects on a national scale for some of the nation's most well-known retailers, brands, asset managers and consultants.

Information on the role

* Handling the contract administration

* Work alongside and complement site teams

* Meeting subcontractors and clients

* Tender and negotiate work

* Produce accurate take offs for projects

* Produce and update of procurement schedules for all projects

* Prepare the required documents to issue to subcontractors to enable them to tender effectively for works packages

* Assist in the financial appraisal of new opportunities

* Work closely with architects and other professional

* Represent the company at meetings

* Maximise efficiency of services, utilising all resources in conjunction with the Project Managers, and identity problems, taking the relevant action to resolve them

What we'd like from you

* Proven experience Quantity Surveying, commercial, new build,

* Be able to handle the contract administarting

* Third Level qualification in a related discipline or equivalent experience

* Exceptional written and spoken English skills

* Self-motivated personality

* Attention to detail with a right first-time attitude

* Organisation and time management skills
