Our client, a friendly and collaborative, Not-for-Profit organisation, are currently recruiting for a Client Compliance Coordinator to join their busy and growing team on a permanent basis. You will work with another Coordinator to engage with external clients within the financial service industry to discuss the onboarding and sign-up process. This will include compliance checks, coordinating access to portals and sharing of all relevant documentation.
This role will have hybrid remote and office working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities of the Client Compliance Coordinator:
Sharing all relevant onboarding documentation to the key points of contact externally
Gathering and checking all client onboarding data
Building relationships and engaging with client contacts to aid with all queries
Confident to talk through and guide clients through the process
Key Experience for the Client Compliance Coordinator:
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a good approachable and friendly manner and able to manage internal stakeholders needs and external client communications
Any experience in a compliance focused role is preferred
Strong process and workflow management
Excellent attention to detail and organisation
