NonStop Consulting is working with one of the most reputable Independent Fostering Agencies in the West Midlands area, in order to help them find a Supervising Social Worker who can join them on a permanent basis.

This is mostly a home based role, offering you a lot of flexibility with your schedule. They have a Good ofsted rating so it is a very nice place to work for.

28 days annual leave plus 8 days bank holidays (this will increase to 32 days annual leave + 8 days bank holidays with length of service)

Responsibilities of the Supervising Social Worker:

The Supervising Social Worker will have a caseload of 10 foster families.
The foster families are located around North Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield, Tamworth, Burton, Derby.

Requirements:

you are an experienced Qualified Social Worker
you have experience in fostering
you drive
