This is an exciting opportunity with an hourly rate of up to £21.12 and an annual salary of up to £48,500.

As a Nurse Unit Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing specialist nursing support and advice
  • Taking responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager’s absence
  • Managing a team of RGN’s and care staff
  • Assisting in running the service and leading by example
  • Ensuring high standards of care are adhered to
