Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting a dedicated Secondary Maths Teacher to join a dynamic and supportive school in Middlesbrough. If you are committed to helping students develop confidence and enthusiasm for mathematics, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

You will teach Key Stage 3 and 4 Maths, delivering high-quality, engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning needs. You'll work as part of a forward-thinking department that values collaboration, creativity, and student success.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons across KS3-KS4

Differentiate instruction to support all learners

Track progress and provide effective feedback

Manage behaviour positively and maintain a safe classroom environment

Contribute to extra-curricular activities and the wider school community

Work closely with staff to support student progression

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a teacher who is:

QTS qualified (or equivalent) with a degree in Maths or a related field

Experienced in teaching KS3 and KS4 in UK secondary schools

Passionate about raising achievement and engaging learners

Skilled in classroom management and lesson planning

A strong communicator and team player
