Job Title: Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer

Location: Peterborough (Mobile, surrounding areas) 

Start Date:  ASAP

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 4.30pm

Salary:  £37,000 to £40,000per annum (DOE) + Company van provided

Company & Project: 

Our client is looking for an experienced Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer with active experience within the planned preventative maintenance sector. You'll be required to have experience with fault finding and have knowledge of lone working requirements.

The successful candidate will have good written and verbal communication skills and have sufficient knowledge of a building operations.

Duties & Responsibilities of a Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer:

As the Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer you'll be required to ensure that Planned Preventative Maintenance is carried out in line with task schedules and industry best practices.
As the Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer you'll be required to produce clear and concise written reports in a timely manner.
As the Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer you'll be required to identify any defects found and report to site representative and Line Manager. Providing a parts list and estimated timescale to carry out remedial works.
As the Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer you'll be required to attend site and carry out reactive repairs as instructed by helpdesk team.
As the Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer you'll be required to establish and maintain a good working relationship with all employees and clients' representatives.
As the Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer you'll be required to accurately complete Risk Assessments for each task and ensure the provision of a Safe & Healthy working environment.

Gas Safe Commercial Qualifications
Gas Safe Domestic Qualifications
OFTEC Qualifications
Mechanical qualifications
IPAF and PASMA qualifications
Knowledge of other HVAC building services an advantage
