Deputy Nurse Manager - £46,800
As the Deputy Nurse Manager, you’ll be working closely with the Home Manager while staying closely connected to the clinical side of the service. You’ll be visible on the floor, supporting nurses, guiding care, and stepping in where it matters - whether that’s handling complex clinical decisions or raising overall standards across the home.

What You’ll Need
- Registered Nurse qualification (RGN or RMN) with active NMC registration
- Experience in a senior nursing role within a nursing home setting (Clinical Lead, Deputy Nurse Manager)
- Strong knowledge of dementia care and general nursing practice
- Confident understanding of CQC regulations and compliance
- Ability to lead shifts and support clinical decision-making
What You’ll Do
- Support the Home Manager in daily operations and clinical oversight
- Lead nursing shifts and supervise care delivery across the home
- Monitor care plans, risk assessments, and medication management
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal standards
- Mentor and support nurses and care staff in clinical practice
- Contribute to audits, inspections, and continuous improvement
