Description

Key responsibilities:

Plan current and future events around wellbeing to constantly improve the company culture
Organise and communicate internal learning programmes with stakeholders
Support and improve employee engagement initiatives
Monitor impact and feedback to drive continuous improvement
Liaise across teams to ensure seamless execution of people projects

Profile

A successful Learning & Employee Experience professional should have:

Proven experience in designing and delivering learning programmes.
A thorough understanding of employee engagement and development strategies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams.
Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
A proactive approach to identifying and addressing learning needs.
Familiarity with monitoring and evaluating training effectiveness.
Knowledge of the not-for-profit sector would be advantageous.Job Offer
