Head of Care

Following the planned retirement of our long-standing Care Director after 20 years of service and 12 years as our Care Director, we are seeking an experienced senior leader to step into the pivotal role of Head of Care.

This is a rare succession opportunity with a structured 3-month handover.
📍 Oversight of 19 children's homes (growing to 23 by 2028)
🛡️ Organisational DSL (Level 5)
📊 Strategic oversight of safeguarding, quality and regulatory compliance
🤝 Senior leadership role working alongside MD & COO
💰 £70,000 - £80,000 + up to £10,000 performance bonus
🚗 Company car
📅 Handover from July 2026 | In post September 2026

This is a fully site-based leadership role requiring visibility across homes and central office.
