Are you a customer-focused professional with experience in the motor trade? We're looking for a Service Advisor to join a busy, well established dealership/workshop in the Guildford area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in providing top tier customer service, and has a solid understanding of automotive processes.

What You'll Be Doing:

Greeting customers and managing service bookings

Liaising between customers and the workshop

*

Explaining work required and providing accurate estimates

*

Upselling additional services and products where appropriate

*

Managing invoices, warranty claims, and service records

What We're Looking For:

*

Experience in a Service Advisor or similar role (automotive industry essential)

*

Great communication and organisational skills

*

A proactive, customer-first attitude

*

Kerridge / Pinnacle / other DMS knowledge is a plus

*

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
