As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans to classes across Key Stages 3 and 4.

• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.

• Support students to stay on task and engaged in their learning.

• Ensure a safe and respectful learning environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or individuals with strong classroom management skills who are looking to gain valuable experience in a school setting.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Can build rapport with students of varying abilities.

• Is confident managing behaviour in a classroom setting.

• Has prior school or youth work experience (desirable but not essential).

• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply).

• Eligibility to work in the UK.

• Professional references covering the last two years.
