Nursing Home Details: I am looking for highly motivated nurses experienced Registered Nurse RGN / RMN / RNLD to work within a beautiful family friendly care home located in Woodford Green, Greater London. Set in nine acres of grounds, our home offers a warm welcome to anyone in need of nursing or residential care. We also have a dedicated dementia-friendly house, known as Mallard, where residents are supported by our dementia champions.

Job Role: To be responsible for the well-being of residents within the Home, ensuring that their physical, emotional and social needs are met whilst helping them to achieve their full capabilities. To support the General / Home Manager in the operational management of the home.
