Class Mate is seeking an experienced and passionate Year 6 Teacher to join a warm, supportive primary school in the DE21 area. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a small Year 6 class and play a key role in school life.
The Role
You will take full responsibility for a small Year 6 class, delivering high-quality teaching and learning with a strong focus on progress and confidence-building. The successful candidate will work closely with the senior leadership team and benefit from excellent support within a friendly and collaborative school community.

Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
*
Strong KS2 and Year 6/SATs experience
*
Confident classroom practitioner with excellent behaviour management
*
Ability to inspire, motivate, and support pupils of varying abilities
*
A commitment to safeguarding and high standards of teaching
