The Risk division has a fundamental responsibility to protect the Bank. With group-wide responsibility for the management and control of credit, market, operational and reputational risks, we have a unique vantage point which allows us a holistic view of our businesses and our clients. Key Responsibilities:

Support the review of all non-financial risk key controls for chief risk office (CRO) - in conjunction with control owners and relevant 2nd Line of Defense Functions (eg. Anti-Financial Crime, Compliance) - to ensure adherence to minimum standards in line with internal policies.
Designing, documenting and setting up of any such missing controls for CRO, including for controls that require strengthening; this will require close collaboration with control owners and control standard setters
Designing, documenting and setting up a periodic control attestation process for CRO
Supporting the closure of related findings owned by CRO divisional control office (DCO)
Providing project management office support, including the provision of regular progress updates to senior management

Skills & Qualifications:

Good understanding of non-financial risk (NFR) controls and related frameworks
Good communication and stakeholder management skills as this role requires extensive interaction with various stakeholder groups such as non-financial risk management (NFRM), Compliance, Anti-Financial Crime, Internal Audit as well as CRO internal control owners
Attention to detail and organized, with a desire to have 'things in order'
Excel and ppt skills at standard professional level (no macro programming required)
