We are seeking an experienced Groundworks Ganger to join our team for a 1-year project. The successful candidate will take a leading role in delivering high-quality groundworks operations on site, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a small team of operatives on site.

Set out works in accordance with project requirements.

*

Interpret and work from technical drawings.

*

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

*

Maintain quality standards and deadlines.

Requirements:

Proven groundworks background with supervisory experience.

*

Strong ability to read and understand construction drawings.

*

Experience in setting out.

*

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

*

Valid CSCS card (Gold/Blue) and relevant tickets desirable.
