Reeson Education is recruiting experienced Early Years Practitioners to join our flexible supply pool supporting nurseries and primary school EYFS settings across Waltham Forest. Schools and nurseries in Walthamstow, Leyton and Chingford are seeking Early Years Practitioners with strong EYFS knowledge, play-based learning experience and a warm, child-centred approach. Daily Rate: £82.14-£100

Contract: Daily supply, flexible working

Location: Waltham Forest

Qualification: Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare essential

What an Early Years Practitioner Will Do

Support children aged 2-5 with early development

Assist with phonics, play-based learning and early numeracy

Help maintain a positive, nurturing and engaging EYFS environment

Support communication, independence and confidence

Adapt quickly to different nurseries and EYFS classrooms

Requirements for an Early Years Practitioner

MUST hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification

Experience working in an EYFS or nursery setting

Confident supporting early development and early learning

Warm, patient and proactive approach

Ability to work flexibly across Waltham Forest
