The Role

The role of Accounts Assistant - Accounts Payable role will report into the Accounts Payable Manager. The role will be key in the success of the whole finance function.

The key components of the role will be:

• Carry out daily bank reconciliations
• Review and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Variance analysis
• Perform payment run's
• Process a high volume of supplier invoices and ledger transactions efficiently
• Assisting with VAT returns
• Raise and distribute sales invoices
• Bank reconciliations
• Ad - hoc duties

• 18+ Months Practical Finance Experience
