Quest Search and Selection is looking for a proactive Brand Sales & Activation Manager to lead the growth of our own-label FMCG range. The role focuses on driving profitable sales, executing trade and marketing activation plans, and building brand advocacy across retail partners.

The company is partnering with a long-standing global leader in the UK retail sector. Its stores are found across transport hubs, city centres, and neighborhoods.

Role and Responsibilities of this Brand Sales & Activation Manager (Own Label, FMCG) role:

  • Develop and deliver sales and activation plans to maximise own-label performance across retail channels.
  • Lead trade-driving initiatives including promotions, meal deals, multi-buys, charity tie-ins, and value/quality campaigns.
  • Manage and implement brand communications strategy across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Champion brand advocacy with regional distributors, retailers, and partners.
  • Coordinate brand presence at trade shows and events, ensuring strong execution and visibility.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyse customer/market data, and recommend improvements to boost sales and engagement.
  • Work cross-functionally with Trade planning, category, marketing, and business development teams to deliver commercial results.
  • Manage allocated budgets, ensuring efficient spend on sales, marketing, and promotional activity.

Qualifications & Experience Required for this Brand Sales & Activation Manager (Own Label, FMCG) role:

  • 4+ years’ FMCG experience (own label, retail and/or supplier side).
  • Proven track record in sales development, brand activation, or category management.
  • You will be working as a sales, brand, category, category development or buying position
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
  • That you have KPI’s focused on Sales, Category Development and Brand activations.
  • Confident communicator with excellent written, verbal, and presentation .
  • Some UK travel maybe required.
