Corporate Associate Solicitor – Bristol

Based in Bristol, you will be at Associate level working part of a team advising clients across private equity investors and corporates. 

The Role:

• Advise on a broad mix of M&A, private equity and investment transactions
• Work directly with private equity funds and corporate clients on high-value deals
• Contribute to the continued growth of the Bristol office 
• Take on genuine responsibility from day one, with client exposure and career development built in

About You:

• UK-qualified Solicitor with 4+ years’ PQE in corporate law
• Strong background in M&A and/or private equity (preferred but not essential)
• Experience gained at a leading regional, City, or international firm (high street experience less suited to deal size/complexity)
• Excellent drafting skills, commercial acumen and a collaborative approach
