Fabric Engineer

Location: Liverpool (Birkenhead)
Contract: minimum 5 months work, may go permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Rate: £22 per hour 
Perks: Contract or temp to perm options available

About the Role:
Build Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Fabric Engineer to join our client's FM maintenance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a large residential development, carrying out day-to-day Carpentry upgrades and general maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out a variety of repairs, including plumbing & carpentry

Deliver high-quality maintenance (PPM & reactive)

Conduct secondary trade work to a competent standard (e.g., patch plaster, tiling, minor electrical etc.)

Use of PDA to log jobs
Maintain excellent customer service throughout your visits

Requirements:

NVQ or City & Guilds L2 in trade (plumbing / plastering / carpentry / tiling)

Previous experience in a maintenance setting

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to perform basic secondary trades
