We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maths Teacher for a secondary school based in Rochester. This position is available for an immediate start and is expected to run through to the end of the academic year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality Maths lessons across KS3–KS4
• Plan, prepare, and mark all lesson materials in line with school policies
• Support student progress through effective assessment and feedback
• Contribute to the development of the Maths curriculum where required
• Attend parents’ evening and relevant school meetings
• Maintain a positive, structured, and engaging learning environment

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
• Experience teaching Maths within a secondary school setting
• Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills
• Ability to motivate and support students of varying abilities
• Availability to start immediately
