This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will oversee and manage a diverse team of skilled technicians, supervisors, and operatives - and may need to coordinate agency workers during peak periods. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of leadership and production management excellence, ready to step into a critical role that keeps operations running at their best.

Key Skills & Attributes:

At least 2 years' experience in a Production Management role.
Expertise with large-scale, fully automated production lines.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
Highly organised with strong follow-up skills.
Confident in problem-solving, team building, and decision-making.
Commercially aware and able to understand business priorities. Self-Management Expectations:
