Key Responsibilities of this Geotechnical Engineer role:

Carrying out ground investigations on site

Monitoring soil gas and groundwater conditions

Undertaking contaminated land risk assessments

Producing Phase 1 desk-based assessments

Writing detailed factual and interpretative reports

Supporting and mentoring junior team members

Candidate Requirements:

Relevant experience within geotechnical engineering or geo-environmental roles

Degree in geology, geoscience, environmental science, earth science, or a related discipline

Full UK driving licence

Must be located in or near Sheffield

Full right to work in the UK
