Are you a Senior Housing Options Officer who has experience working within the public sector?

A Local Authority in Essex are looking for a Housing Options Team Leader to join their team. They are a small team, who face unique pressures. Due to a recent promotion, they are looking for a Team Leader to step in.

What you will do:

Experience completing S184 decisions and developing personalised PHPs
Knowledge of all relevant housing case law and legislation including Part VI and VII
Experience line managing a team of Housing Option Officers / experience as a Senior Officer
Multi-agency working with internal and external agencies in local governmentAbout you:

Experience working within the public sector as a Housing Options Officer, working with a variety of clientele, across singles and families
You will work on a hybrid basis (2x days a week in the office)
