About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Welding & Maintenance Tutor to join the growing training team at REAGIT's Wolong ATB Laurence Scott site. If you have a strong background in industry and a passion for teaching the next generation of engineers, this is your chance to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver practical welding and maintenance training sessions in the workshop

* Teach safe use of tools, equipment and H&S practices

* Lead both theory and hands-on sessions for apprentices and learners

* Provide feedback, assess progress and support learner development

* Work with recognised brands and manufacturing systems

* Participate in occasional commissioning and on-site servicing (UK and global sites, typically up to 7 days away)

Requirements

* Proven background in maintenance engineering or welding environments

* Experience in delivering training, mentoring or coaching others

* Skilled communicator with strong interpersonal ability

* Relevant welding and/or maintenance engineering certification

* Assessing/IQA qualifications (desirable)

* Flexibility to support some on-site work away from base
