Up To £32,000 Basic Salary with Uncapped Commission - £44,000 OTE

Greet and engage customers warmly, ensuring they feel valued throughout their visit
Keep customers informed about the progress of their vehicle repairs, fostering transparency
Develop and maintain strong product knowledge through manufacturer-led training programmes
Identify additional service opportunities and promote repairs and maintenance based on technician recommendations
Schedule accurate workshop appointments and confirm customer bookings pre-visit
Maintain comprehensive and accurate customer records within the dealership's CRM system
Provide exceptional customer service with a professional and friendly approach, ensuring a positive experience at every visitRequirements:

Proven experience in a customer-focused Service Advisor environment within the motor trade
Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with customers and team members
Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure
Experience working in a target-driven environment with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
Valid UK driving licence
