Are you a passionate and committed Maths Teacher looking for an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact? GSL Education Kent are delighted to offer a fantastic role for a dedicated Teacher of Maths to join a forward-thinking and inclusive secondary school in Maidstone from September 2025.

As a Maths Teacher, you will join a dynamic and motivated faculty, delivering high-quality lessons that inspire curiosity, critical thinking, and confidence in mathematical skills. Your ability to break down complex concepts and create a positive classroom environment will be essential in helping students succeed.

As a Teacher of Maths, your responsibilities will include:

Planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons across KS3 and KS4
Monitoring and assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback
Supporting the development of numeracy across the curriculum
Contributing to the wider school community and departmental planning
Using creative and differentiated strategies to engage all learners
Maintaining high expectations for behaviour, achievement, and effort
To be considered for the Maths Teacher role, you must:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification
Have experience teaching Maths in a UK secondary school setting
Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and classroom management skills
Be proactive, adaptable, and committed to fostering a supportive learning environment
Possess an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one
