Overview

Are you a proactive Technical Manager looking to join a rapidly-growing produce manufacturer based just outside Kings Lynn? This family-run business is undergoing heavy investment and is offering the opportunity as Technical Manager to come in to shape the business' Technical function.

The Role

As Technical Manager, you will:

Lead all technical and quality assurance functions on site

*

Prepare for and host audits (e.g., BRCGS, customer, supplier)

*

Ensure HACCP and food safety systems are up-to-date and effective

*

Collaborate closely with production, NPD, and commercial teams to ensure quality consistency

The Candidate

The successful Technical Manager will have:

*

Proven experience in a similar technical or quality role within food manufacturing

*

Strong audit experience, both internal and customer-facing

*

Excellent leadership and communication skills

*

A proactive, hands-on approach with a keen eye for detail
