Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare, mix, and maintain bentonite slurry according to project specifications.

* Monitor and adjust slurry properties to meet the required standards.

* Ensure proper disposal or recycling of used bentonite slurry in compliance with environmental regulations.

* Collaborate with the project team to understand piling requirements and specifications.

* Execute piling operations efficiently, adhering to established safety and quality standards.

* Monitor and assess the quality of bentonite slurry and piling operations.

* Implement corrective measures to address deviations from project requirements.

* Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to create a secure working environment.

* Identify and report any safety hazards or incidents promptly.

The ideal candidate will have:

* A relevant CPCS Qualification, such as Slinger Signaller or Concrete Pump.

* Proven experience as a Bentonite Operative or similar role in piling operations.

* Effective communication skills to collaborate with the project team and communicate progress and challenges.

* Demonstrated commitment to safety with knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
